On the administratif way, we had already a lot of things to do: we should leave Tartaruga on the Havre by Septembre the 5th once we had plane tickets for Lisbon Sunday the 7th, and some  medical certificates for Daisy that had to be confirm by the Departement of Vetereinaire Services.

On our last night on the NL we slept near the Nord Sea. After a full day driving we had a nice walk on the beach  when we arrived that evening.  And in fact the Nord Sea is warmer than I tought. The girls played for a good while and everyone appreciate the fresh air.

We let the NL under the rain direction to Belgium by the coast.
we had a lunch break to appreciate moules+frites at the beach side under a wonderfull shinning sun.

 On our way to the beach side for the night,  one of the securirity that are holding the bicycles and the  steps broke and we lost the septs on the  middle of the road.

To join France we decide to do the way along the coast .  The nord coast is beautiful, like  you an see in the pictures nearby.

Before letting Tartaruga on the Havre we still had to make the medical certificate for Daisy and we still have to get used to Tartaruga rithym - slow.

So while Eric's driving I take the appointements for the veterinary and I get in touch in the  Veterinary Departemental Services  in Rouen that have to certificate Daisy  medical certificate. At the begging I tought those services where in the Havre so I got a appointement for the vet in the Havre, until I got the confirmation that the Veterinary services are in Rouen.
In the mean while Tartaruga sqare us. We're in the hight way on the way up, went it begging to lose strenghts until it stop. Of course we stop and Eric try to find out what was going on. we begging to think there was a problem with the engine, with one appointement at the vet for that afternoon this break down was not very wellcome  !

After a while the truck started we went out of the hight way and it seemed to be driving fine but, another  way up and the poor Tartaruga went down.
This time Eric said " I think  I know what is it: we are missing petrol " . Th petrol display was 1/4 full but it was not enought to arrive to the engine on the way up.

Luckely we stop near a farm and  he went to ask  for help.

Here they are carring 20 liters of fioul.

After that. the appointement for the vet that afternoon is cancel. I got a appointement for the 5th at 10 in the morning followed by the appointement at the Service Veterinaire from the Departement.

So there we are on the road again direction Rouen. Timming is all counted. After the appointements for Daisy we should be in the Havre for delivering Tartaruga.

Arrinving to Rouen our good star is with us. We stop at the firemen departement to ask for informations and once more we're lucky: the vet and the veterinary services are not very far.
