Foz d'Iguaçu-03/2009

Les cascades de Foz d’Iguaçu, a  la frontiére de l’Argentine et du  Brésil, sont consideés une des 7 merveilles du monde.

Iguaçu water Falls, at the border between Brasil & Argentina, are considered one of the seven wonders in the world.

Je ne connais pas les 6 autres mais, la vue des cascades, c’est vraiment EPOUSTOUFLANT!
Ce n’est pas étonnant que les peuples natifs  quand ils les ont vues pour la première fois aient cru avoir trouvè la "fin de la terre".

I don't know the 6 others, but the visit of the water Falls are really AMAISING. I'm not even surprised that, when the native people saw them for the first time, they thought they had arrived to the end of the earth !

Notre  guide disant qu’on devait apporter des imperméables
à cause des éclaboussures d’eau mais, nous avons fait la balade sous une chaleur  IMPRESSIONANTE, et les éclaboussures d’eau ont été plutôt bienvenues.........

Our travel guide said we should take a rain coat because the wind will blow water, but we did the walk under a amaising heat and the water brought by the wind was in fact quite appreciated.


L’accès jusque'aux chutes se fait par des passerelles au dessus de la rivière, il faut marcher pas mal entre les diffèrents points d’observation des chutes.
To go to the different observation points, we had a walk on the wooden bridges on the top of the river. It's quite a walk ! It takes a full day !














C'est très sympa aussi d'aperçevoir les animaux du parc: oiseaux..........
The nice things about it is the diferents animals we can see:
birds........


















tortues....... turtles..........                                                                              un enorme quantite de papillons.........
                  an amaising quantity of butterflys..............














Après notre marathon aux cascades nous nous sommes reposés au camping........ déjà coté brésilien, piscine pour les filles, billar et ping-pong, wifi.......la pause qui s'imposait avant de partir à la  découverte du Brésil.
After our marathon at the water falls we took a rest at the camping, allready at the brasilien side.

Le passage des frontières s'est fait sans aucun probléme, nous avons meme rèussi à avoir un visa pour 6 mois aux lieux des 3 initialement attribués. Sympa..
We had no problem to cross the border and we even managed to get a 6 months visa instead of the usual 3 months allowed. Great !


Au camping,  Dominico, un Italien depuis 30 ans au Brèsil a fait la caricature de toute la famille.

At the camping, Dominico, an italien living in brasil since 30 years, made a caricature of all the family.
